1、選擇適合的洗臉水溫
秋天氣候幹燥,正確的洗臉方式不但可以讓你的肌膚變得更水嫩,還可以減少皺紋呢。
想要強健肌膚,就用冷水洗臉;想要收細毛孔,就選擇冷熱水交替洗臉;但如果一清早肌膚出現過敏症狀,就要選擇溫水洗臉,將肌膚刺激降到最低。
另外,用冷水洗臉,可以鍛煉面部皮膚的耐寒能力,還可以鍛煉鼻粘膜對冷風的適應能力。這樣,當我們從暖和的屋子裏到室外去的時候,盡管外邊很冷,面部皮膚和鼻粘膜不會因爲遇冷而降低反抗力,能起到預防感冒的作用。
2、早餐前應先喝水
人經過一夜睡眠,消耗了大量的水分和營養,起床後處於一種生理性缺水狀態。如果只進食常規早餐,遠遠不能補充生理性缺水。因此,早上起來不要急於吃早餐,而應立即飲500—800毫升涼開水,既可補充一夜流失後的水分,還可以清理腸道,但不要在吃早餐前喝較多的水。
3、消浮腫,找回好精神
剛起床,眼部、臉部都陷入嚴重的浮腫狀態,教你一招,取一塊柔軟的毛巾,取兩塊冰塊包覆在毛巾中,隨後輕輕按摩浮腫的位置,眼部輕輕打圈按壓,面部延淋巴走向至上而下直至頸部。
注意不要讓冰塊直接解除肌膚,以免過度刺激。
4、淋浴
有時候早起會感覺不太精神,這時可以進行簡單的淋浴,這會讓你的身體會感覺非常的舒服。而且這時你的體溫增加,新陳代謝也會增加,也會消耗一部分的卡路裏,對減肥也很有效。水溫以38-39℃爲最佳。
5、7點到8點吃早餐
醫學研究證明,7點到8點吃早餐最合適,因爲這時人的食欲最旺盛。早餐與中餐以間隔4—5小時左右爲好。如果早餐較早,那麽數量應該相應增加或者將午餐相應提前。
6、5分鍾按摩,更纖巧更細嫩
按摩的神奇效果大過你想象,每天清晨用5分鍾按摩頭部和面部,最後延續到頸部,按壓鎖骨上方凹陷處。養成好習慣,不僅能排水消腫,纖巧臉型,還能細嫩肌膚,提神醒腦。
特別注意按摩咀嚼肌,這可是纖巧小臉的關鍵。
7、定制你的抗衰老早餐
